Miley Cyrus is Back on Twitter!

<p>When Miley's Twitter account mysteriously vanished in 2009, were you "socially" devastated? Did you run feverishly to your page every morning, refreshing your browser over and over, just waiting for a Miley miracle...only to find nothing? Well, you can kiss your compulsive cyber clicking goodbye, because the time has FINALLY come. When I need to speak out I will tweet from @Rock_Mafia ROCK MAFIA FOREVER. x MC". </p> <p> So, okay, she's not OFFICIALLY back, but at least we've got something! The guys at her label convinced her to tweet out from their name until she's ready to go back to her own account. Come on, Miley!
