Billy may be the fastest kid on Earth, but he can be a little slow to understand what’s going on sometimes. Despite this, he loves being a superhero, and looks up to his crime-fighting parents and older siblings. While he can be a target for Nora’s lasers and putdowns, he enjoys teaming up with her to take on supervillains.
