Mayor Humdinger is a little bit full of himself – okay, he’s a lot full of himself. As the mayor of Foggy Bottom, Adventure Bay’s neighboring town, Mayor Humdinger is always trying to one-up Mayor Goodway, including starting the Kitty Catastrophe Crew! Mayor Humdinger is usually up to no good and is often the cause of whatever troubles the PAW Patrol needs to fix.
